Crestview Park is nestled on a scenic hilltop in Dickson, Tennessee on what was once known as the Myrick Farm. Conveniently located on Highway 46 between I-40 and the Dickson retail district, Crestview will offer approximately 245,000 square feet of medical and professional office space. Amenities include an exercise facility, outdoor walking track, tennis courts and ample area of fully landscaped Greenpeace for relaxation.
Construction is currently under way on an 81,000 square foot medical complex that will house the main offices and clinic of Dickson Medical Associates, along with a pharmacy, a physical therapy office, and a restaurant that will be open to the public. Phase I of the Park is scheduled to begin Summer 2008.
Plans for the completion of I-840 to extend to Dickson are slated for 2011. Dickson County has been identified by developers and retailers as the next large growth area in Middle Tennessee. All of the property located in Crestview Park and The Shoppes of Crestview has been zoned B-3 and it is the largest tract of available property north of I-40 on Highway 46 in the heart of the City of Dickson.
Adjoining Crestview Park is 14 acres for commercial and retail growth. The Shoppes of Crestview will provide residents with high quality retailers. The Shoppes of Crestview will be easily accessible for Dickson County residents as well as Hickman, Houston and Humphreys Counties.
